Dinese's Story

AFTER HIGH SCHOOL, I GOT MARRIED AND HAD 2 BEAUTIFUL DAUGHTERS. THE OLDEST IS AMY. SHE HAS 2 DAUGHTERS AGES 17 AND 14. THEN I HAD DANA. SHE IS MARRIED TO A WONDERFUL MAN. THEY NEVER HAD ANY CHILDREN. AFTER 5 YEARS OF MY MARRIAGE, I GOT DIVORCED. WHILE MY CHILDREN WERE GROWING UP, I OWNED MY OWN GROCERY STORE WITH ARCADE. IT WAS A VERY GOOD TIME OF MY LIFE. WHEN I WAS 37 I REMARRIED TO MY HUSBAND NOW. WE HAVE BEEN MARRIED FOR 15 YEARS. WE HAVE 4 GRANDCHILDREN. 3 GIRLS AND 1 GRANDSON. WHEN I NEED TO RELAX, I USUALLY LIKE TO WRITE, AND COLOR. MY GRANDSON AND I LIKE TO DO LOT'S OF ART PROJECTS. THE BIGGEST INSPIRATION IN MY LIFE WAS MY FATHER. HE TAUGHT ME WHAT IT WAS TO LOVE AND BE DEVOTED TO YOUR FAMILY. NEVER TO JUDGE, AND TO BE CARING, GIVING AND BELIEVE IN YOURSELF ALWAYS. I REALLY LOVE MY FATHER. I LOST HIM 3 YEARS AGO, AND IT'S BEEN VERY HARD ON ME. I WISH EVERYDAY I COULD TALK TO HIM ONE MORE TIME. The one person from my past who I'd most like to see again is PATTI THOME, because SHE WAS THE FRIEND I GREW UP WITH AND LOVED LIKE A SISTER. . If I could improve my home, I'd remodel MY KITCHEN and add on a BEDROOM. My dream home would be A FRAM HOUSE. If I won $100 million, I'd give 25 MILLION of it to THE DIABETIS FOUNDATION, then spend the rest on MY KIDS, MY GRAND CHILDREN and MYSELF FOR SAVINGS AND A HOUSE FOR EACH OF MY CHILDREN AND GRANDCHILDREN.. My current age is 53. When I was 12, I thought that people my age now would be MORE MATURE. I was so completely WRONG. In 10 years, I hope to be ALIVE. I'm going to get there by TRYING TO STAY HEALTHLY. MY OLDEST FRIEND IS WENDY. SHE LIVES IN CALIFORNIA. HER AND I WERE NEIGHBORS AND FRIENDS WHILE WE GREW UP. WE HAD LOST CONTACT WITH EACH OTHER, BUT WITH THIS WEBSITE, WE FOUND EACH OTHER AGAIN. A CHILDHOOD MEMORY I WILL NEVER FORGET, IS HAVING FAMILY REUNION'S ON MY FATHERS SIDE OF THE FAMILY. MY FAMILY WAS BIG, AND ON CHRISTMAS, WE WOULD GO HOUSE TO HOUSE TO SEE EVERYONE. When I die, I would really like people to know I am a good person. I am always right there to help who ever it may be. I want everyone to know what a loving and caring person I am. I always wanted to be a mom and wife when I grew up. My family and friends thought that was a wonderful idea. As it turns out, they were right. I love to go for rides and listen to the radio loud when i am upset. It really relaxes me. If I'm going to work somewhere, I need to have my root beer, glasses, and be feeling happy to be able to deal with the day-to-day. my father is my hero. he taught me everything there is to life. You never seen him mad. The one person from my past who I'd most like to see again is my grandmother Louise, because I never got to know her before se died. I DO HAVE ANOTHER HERO THOUGH, AND THAT WOULD BE MY GRANDSON GAVIN. HE'S ONLY 7 YEARS OLD, BUT A VERY SMART LITTLE BOY. THE FIRST 7 YEARS OF HIS LIFE, I PRETTY MUCH HAD HIM WITH ME ALL THE TIME. HE TAUGHT ME HOW TO BELIEVE IN MYSELF, AT A TIME WHEN I FELT I COULDN'T ANYMORE. HE CARED FOR PEOPLE AND PETS. HE ALSO CARED FOR BUS. ALL BUS. IF HE FOUND A BUG AND IT WOULD DIE, HE...Expand for more
WOULD CRY AND CRY. HE WAS SO PASSINATE ABOUT EVERYTHING. HE MADE ME BELIEVE IN THE IMPOSSIBLE, AND MADE LIFE SO WONDERFUL. I LOVE THAT LITTLE GUY WITH ALL MY HEART. ONE CHRISTMAS AFTER HIS GRANDMOTHER HAD DIED, HE SAID HE WANTED TO SEND HER SOMETHING FOR CHRISTMAS, AND HE ALSO THOUGHT IT WOULD BE NICE TO SEND MY FATHER SOMETHING FOR CHRISTMAS. AFTER HE THOUGHT ABOUT IT FOR AWHILE, HE SAID WE NEEDED TO GO TO THE STORE AND GET 2 HELIUM BALOONS, AND INSIDE THEM WE EACH PUT A LETTER INTO IT AND THEN LET IT GO OFF TO HEAVEN. THAT THERE WAS BEST PART OF CHRISTMAS. IT'S BEEN A YEAR NOW SINCE I HAVE SEEN HIM. HIS MOM AND I HAVE HAD A MISUNDERSTANDING, DUE TO GAVIN REPORTING ABUSE ON HER. SHE NOW WILL NOT LET ME SEE HIM. IN FACT NO ONE IN THE FAMILY ARE ALLOWED TO SEE HIM OR MY 2 YEAR OLD GRANDDAUHTER BRIAH. I MISS HIM AND HER SO MUCH. I AM BELIEVING IN MY HEART THAT SOMEDAY I WILL AGAIN BE REUNITED WITH HIM. If I could improve my home, I'd remodel MY KITCHEN, and add on a OFFICE BEDROOM IN MY ATTIC.. My dream home would be SURROUNDED BY TREES, AND HAVE A POND. I WOULD HAVE 3 BEDROOMS, 2 DOWNSTAIRS AND 1 UPSTAIRS. HAVE A DECK GOING OFF MY KITCHEN WITH A WHIRL POOL ON IT.. I HAVE LEARNED A LOT OF PATIENCE AND UNDERSTANDING. MY DAUGHTERS TAUGHT ME HOW TO LAUGH AND HAVE FUN WITH LITTLE. My current age is 54. When I was 12, I thought that people my age now would be CONSIDERED OLD, AND DIDN'T DO YOUNG PEOPLE THINGS. . I was so completely WRONG.. My best friend would tell you I'm OUT GOING AND FUN., but people who don't know me very well would probably describe me as QUIET.. MY STYLE HAS CHANGED ALOT. IM NOT SO TOM BOYISH. I share my home with MY HUSBAND, which I find VERY SEXY AND HUMAN. In 10 years, I hope to be settled with my family healthly, rocking my reat grandbaby to sleep.. I'm going to get there by keeping myself healthly, and learn to live with less stress. . I always wanted to be a designer when I grew up. My family and friends thought that was a great idea. As it turns out, they were right. My favorite way to relax is by sitting in front of a bon fire with my husband and friends. My hero is my father. He was truly an inspiration in my life. He taught me how to love and care for the people in your life. He never judged people, he accepted them for who tthey wre If I could improve my home, I'd remodel the basement and add on a large family room for holidays with my family. . My dream home would be set around trees and land. . I learned to be more open. I also learned to be out going and not so afraid. If I won $100 million, I'd give 100 thousand of it to my daughters, then spend the rest on my granddaughters and grandson, a new home with lots of land and new cars. My current age is 54. When I was 12, I thought that people my age now would be just becoming grandprents. I was so completely wrong. I enjoy doing home decorating. I also loved selling home decor I like midi skirts, halter t I share my home with my husband, which I find perfect. In 10 years, I hope to be in a remodeled home.;. I'm going to get there by putting all my extra money into it.

First time Dannica was on this horse. To get it to move, she nods her head back and forth
She loves the horse.
Today it's party day for my granddaughter's first birthday. Where has the time gone by? A year already. It doesn't seem real.

Congratulations on my daughter and son in laws anniversary today, June 17, 2013. Billy it's been a joy to have you as part of the family. May you both find love and many more blessings through out the years of your marriage
For those who don't know, a week ago I was down by the marina where you feed the ducks on the stairs there. All of a sudden I felt my body give out on me, and fell down those stairs cracking my head on the cement pavement.
Gavin is all set and ready for his first day. Good luck sweetheart
