After graduation in '71 I attended Malasapina College in Nanaimo, Vancouver Island, and completed a four year apprenticeship program. The first two years of my apprenticeship were spent living and working in the Queen Charlotte Islands and the last two were back in Surrey. g married and moving to central Vancouver Island. Our only son was born a year and a half later. I started a trucking company business here on the Island 32 years ago and am still running it. I've been married for 34 yrs with one handsome and eligable son and no grandchildern. My passions have been sailing, specificly racing, as well as playing with and restoreing old cars.
