Don's Story
Life
Hi folks. Not sure anyone remembers me (I drove a motorcycle - sort of a Geek/Fonz thing).
Did GCC after Grad. Became a music major (and I couldn't read music - that's a long and very funny story...) and ended up at ASU. I wrote modern classical music (over 75 performances in States and Europe), played jazz drums for about 3 years after College (no way was i gonna ever go on-the-road again). Music Theory and Comp... Very high demand for that degree ;) ... (yea - right)
Wound up in LA as an AD for a small Advertising agency. That was wierd. Then started shooting pictures for fun and ended up shooting fashion and beauty (re... women) for about 20+ years. d that I didn't support.) Had a fairly large commercial studio here - PHX - but got restless (are we seeing a trend yet? Can we say AY-Dee-Dee?)- and started a design company specializing in Corporate Communications and Interactive Marketing.
Currently working with small business and startups to provide full service marketing and social media plans. From design to strategy to implementation, I have my hand in a lot of areas. I also teach photography in workshop settings worldwide. My first book is out on Amazon (search Giannatti) and the second is in the pre-production stage.
I have three daughters (25, 20, 14) and have been married for 35 years. I am playing drums again and starting to feel that old restless rambling coming on. I'm thinkin' about a Gourmet Taco Restaurant in Taos... for awhile anyway....
