Don's Story
Hope this finds you all in good health, and hope to see as many of you as i can at the reunion. After High School I went in the Navy for four years. Traveled to lots of countrys, mostly in North and South America. Returned to Mobile in Oct. 1969 and went to work at Ala. Dry Dock and Shipping Co. (Addsco) for about 14 years. Got tired of lay offs, so i went to work as Driver Supervisor incharge off 30 delivery drivers and warehouse personel at a Privite Pharmancy,with 58 nursing homes in 3 States. We were taken over by another company who later transfered all operations to Birmingham and layed all 68 employes off. So i went to work for Grimgo Inc. a sign supply co. in sales and delivery untill i injured my back in Dec. 2003. ire Fighter program for 2 years. I was married for 9 years then devorced in 1979. Single untill i maried my wonderful wife Rita from Bon Secour Al. on Oct.12, 1985. I have 1 daughter Melissa Noel M. I have 1 grandson 8 year old Addy from my first marrage. I have 1 step daughter Kimberly B.and1 step son Kendle M. i love as my own and 3 grandchildren Curtiss,Cody, and Kattie and 4 greatgrandchildren i loved as my own. I lived a rough life and took alot of wrong roads, but by the Grace of God and GREAT WIFE i found my way back on the right road. We all stumble in life at one time are another,and most of us learn from it and and go on and live a good life. Right now life is great and i live it to the fullest every day. I pray you all live a wonderful life, and i miss our lost classmates. I will post photos as soon as i can.
