Don's Story

Hi to old friends from Geneva and Tampa and Chamberlain alumni! It's been a long time, but I remember those years well. Unfortunately, I've lost touch with most of the friends I grew up with in Tampa. I left Florida after graduation when my family relocated to southern California. I worked in the aerospace industry and went to school at night. I spent most of my years in L.A. living in the South Bay area, mainly Torrance and Redondo Beach. I met my wife Becki on a blind date in the summer of 1984 and we were married in 1985. After we were married we lived in Fullerton in northern Orange County. Both of us were ready to leave the ...Expand for more
rat race of California behind, so in 1986 we moved to Pennsylvania to be closer to Becki's family. I spent 22 years in the mechanical engineering field, but changed careers in 2003 to become the director of I.T. for a mental health provider were Becki also works in finance. No kids, but we have a house full of cats and dogs. We love to travel eat good food. I play guitar and banjo (mostly bluegrass), I enjoy working on old cars, reading, riding my bicycle and working with computers. Most of my family is still in California so we visit as often as possible. I don't get to visit Tampa much. e-mail is: dhager AT dejazzd DOT com
