Don's Story

After leaving LHS went to Ball State and graduated in 1968 with degree in education. Came back to Lowell and taught 5th grade at Lake Prairie for two years. Back to Ball State and finished masters and taught in Muncie until 1973. Moved to Arizona in summer of 1973 and have been here ever since. Fully retired from teaching in 2008 after 40...Expand for more
years. Taught in classroom for 29 years, technology trainer for 6 years, and finished up as special projects coordinator for 5 years. Married (first time) in 1968 and we had two great kids. Divorced in 1979 and remarried in 1981 to the music teacher. Currently traveling the world and playing lots of golf. Five grandkids keep things busy.
