CAREER SUMMARY
Don¿s career blends 25 years of communicating at the highest levels of the Legislative and Executive branches of Federal Government and Washington¿s professional community with helping college students improve their communication skills. In 2000, he founded Smith Hinaman & Associates, a consulting group that communicates public policy concerns to Federal officials. He is expert at the theories and practices of communication.
