Donald's Story
Life
I've been living in Winter Haven for the past 19 years. Been happily married for the last 20 years. My wife and I have two boys. I stay busy with work and other hobbies. As of early 2005, I was a "born again" Christian. I've really been enjoying my walk with Christ. I've gone to Honduras on a missions trip to build houses for widows in '08 and hope to do more mission work beyond my community again.
School
After graduating from Armwood, I attended PCC in Winter Haven on a full baseball scholarship. I majored in Police Operations/Criminal Justice. I ended up not quite finishing. Decided not to become a police off...Expand for more

Workplace
After deciding not to go into law enforcement, I did some contract work in communications for a short time. I then had a business opportunity arise and decided to go for it. I have a Midas Auto Systems franchise in Sebring. I've been with Midas since 1991 and took over my current location in 1997.
Well, scratch all of the above as far as work is concerned! Ended up closing & selling the Midas shops around
'08-'09. Took some time off trying to decide what I wanted to do and ended up going into law enforcement. I'm a Deputy with PCSO. (Polk) Funny how things turn out.
