Donald's Story
I am one of the few who grew up in Westchester and still remains living in Westchester. I attended Westport Heights Elementary School, Airport Junior High School (now a Hertz rental car), and of course Westchester High School (1970-73). I've seen Westchester change quite a bit, from LAX Airport Expansion to the building of the Hughes Center and the Playa Vista Complex (both used to be vacant land owned by Howard Hughes).
After Westchester High School, I attended UCLA for 3 years (1973-76) then took a year off from school and worked for J.C. Penney (now a TJ MAxx). I went back to school to study Business Administration at CSU Long Beach and got my Bachelor's in 1980 and an M.B.A. in 1982. I worked for Hughes Aircraft (aka "Huge Aircrash")-who in Westchester didn't?

re District. I've been a member of First Baptist Church of Westchester for most of my life.
I've done travelling through Canada, the Pacific Coast, the Southwest (as far as Texas) Tijuana, New York City, Washington D.C., not to mention the famous city of Grantham, Pennsylvania (only alumni from Messiah College would appreciate that).
In thinking back on Westchester High, my favorite teachers at Westchester High School were Mr. Robert Wood, Mr. Sam Uskovich, Ms. Ula Pendleton, and Mr. Pete "the Greek" Skrumbis ( I hope I spelled that right). I enjoyed music performance and history. Also, I would like to see Ms. Charlene Glabowicz (Blais), whom I worked for after school as a member of Knights and Ladies.
I am looking forward for the 40th reunion in 2013, assuming the world still exists after the end of the Mayan Calendar in 2012.
That's all for now.
