Donald's Story
joined the usnavy after leaving ghs...specialized in explosive ordinance disposal..served in vietnam.did two tours and was discharged honorably after a 7 year hitch...came home bought a heavy construction company and after several years joined the alachua county sheriffs dept. obtaining the rank of sgt. before my retirement in 1992.Following my retirement with the sheriffs office i became a private investigator working for some of the large local firms as well as statewide. still maintain my license through the u.s.justice dept. as an investigator i also did some skip tracing and was a bounty hunter..moved on to be a recruiter/driver for a large trucking co where i logged over 1.5 million miles...Expand for more
of accident free driveing...driving otr all 48 states until my retirement in 2007.. ....still enjoy bullseye shooting and combat shooting where i achieved the rank of distinquished which encompasses the top 3% of the shooters in the nation....i'm very proud of that achievment. obtained a baachelors degree in criminology and now i enjoy my boat which is a 32.5 foot regal sport cruiser liveaboard which i take to the bahamas and bermuda as often as i can.....love to catch those big blue marlin.....in general i'm enjoying poor health and spending my childrens inheritance.My girlfriend throughout my days at GHS was Mary Margaret Massey (now Bush).We still maintian contact and are best of friends...
