Life
I live in the Albany area of upstate NY. I am married for 35 years to the lovely Sheri Schoonderbeck (she married me for my name). Sheri and I have four children ages 34, 33, 32 and 30. Three boys and a girl: James Christian, Jeremy Charles, Ryan Andrew, and Shannon Joy.
James, the oldest, is married and just celebrated his 12th anniversary. James and his wife, Carol, have given us two grandchildren Christian James, who is now 7 years old, and Bella Noel who is 4 years old.
Jeremy is married to the lovely Nancy. Jeremy is a graduate of Hudson Valley Community College and a US Navy veteran. Jeremy served aboard the USS Dwight D. Eisenhower for four years. He is studying at Empire State College intending to earn a bachelor degree in Information Sciences.

e Cross. He has completed his 2 year degree in journalism and has started studying for his bachelors in Bible Studies. Ryan has entered Chaplaincy training with Hockey Ministries International.
My youngest, Shannon, bought a house of her own and moved out a couple of years ago. Her older brother, Ryan, moved with her to share the expense. Shannon is working for a local municipality.
We're all happy and healthy, including Shannon's cat! Sheri and I now have an empty nest. ¿
The "NOW" picture is of Me and CJ the day after he was born in 2002. After seeing my pictures from the 35th reunion, I decided to take my health more seriously. I've lost 70lbs these past two years. I did it the old fashioned way: proper nutrition and regular, vigorous exercise. I feel good! Better then I have felt in years. Hey, write to me and say "hi".
