Donald's Story
I Enlisted USAF 1969-1975. This included 3.5 years Computer Science & Electronic Technician training (plus 6 months TDY as a C-130 Loadmaster in Viet Nam. Upon discharge I enrolled at UNLV in Las Vegas, Nv. After one semester I when to work with the US EPA monitoring Nevada Test Site ground motion. Then on to the US Geological Survey/US Department of Energy Nuclear Waist Disposal project. That ended in 1993 when nuclear testing was put on hold. ing Business. In 2000, with my wife & daughter we left Nevada and settled in Lancaster, Pa., to take care of my wife's ill mother. My daughters marriage & three grand kids later, were still in PA.
I never dreamed I'd miss Oklahoma the way I do. I really, honestly hate the entire NE part of the country. I'd be back in OK in a New York minute if I could.
I throughly enjoy our class reunions an seeing all of the people with whom I grew up. And I'm looking forward to our next get together.
