More about Donald:"My chosen moniker has evolved over the years. When I was 13 I refused to answer to any name other than DON. This was the case until I was 2x that age. Then I was quite pleased to be addressed by my full first name. Later after hitting a milestone birthday I found a need for a new nickname, and settled on DEE, (borrowed from some family members, not taken from the rocker of Twisted Sister fame.) I don't ask for much, but please address me by DONALD or DEE. Thanks!!".
