Donna's Story
Oh wow. What has happened in the past 21 years? Lemme see...I refused to grow up until well into my 30s! Married young, divorced young. THANK GOD no kids! Worked at a casino for 12 years. Made great money. Travelled. Partied. And partied. Partied a little too much...entered rehab for alcoholism in June, 2004. By God's amazing grace been clean and sober ever since! He is sooo good to me. Married again in December, 2006 to a wonderful man. Have 3 precious 4-legged babies, Bosco, Charlie and Scrappy. Finished my first ful...Expand for more
l semester of college in May...with a 4.0! :-) Start nursing school at Northwest in Senatobia in August. Plans are to work in a drug/alcohol treatment center and pass along the incredible gift that was given to me. In the meantime I stay VERY busy in my 12-step group and church, being a wife, mom, daughter, friend, student and waitress. I am constantly discovering new things about myself, doing things I never imagined I could do, and always praying and working to be the woman God wants me to be. I am truly grateful and blessed!
