Donna's Story
In high school I was probably remembered for sports and music. I was in choir and band, and I played softball, volleyball and a little tennis. I was a bit "chubby" in those days, but later as an adult I finally figured out how to take it off and keep it off (mostly!). After high school I went to Ohlone College for a couple of years, then transferred to CSU Fresno. I wound up staying in Fresno, tried out a couple of career paths, and finally landed a really good job in my 40s. Today I am Vice President of Operations for Key Writing Concepts. in strategic planning and documentation development. I bought a house in 2004; my mom and my brother (Zach) currently live with me and share resources. Zach was married but now divorced, and has two children, Jake and Jessie (twins). Somehow through life I remained single, have dated, just never found that special someone, but still remain open to the possibility. I have a full, busy life and no regrets! I am a frequent performer with a local theater company, and have appeared in roughly 50 productions. Currently, I sing with a semi-professional choir, the Fresno Choral Artists.
