Donna's Story
I was the loner, ever marching to a diffrent drummer, insecure and intelligent. Still have the long light brown hair, the very blue eyes, added a few wisps of white to the hair and laugh lines around the eyes.
Left OCHS the last semisester of 1973, went to Gig Harbor and graduated. Went to Tech College for Chemistry. Joined the Navy, spent time on "The Rock" aka Guam as a security officer (don't laugh, qualified with a snub nose .38 first time out). Finally got to ET (electronics) training and did ground to air communications for the remainder of my time on Whidbey Island.
Got married had two great kids, got divorced after eight yrs. On a trip to Belize and Guatamala met a fantastic, great guy got remarried inherited three great step-kids.

o and went back into Chemistry. Awarded several US patents in immunoisolation membranes for medical devices and viral inactivation stuff. Geek fest!!!
Moved back to the PNW in 1998., settling in Battle Ground WA. Have kept myself entertained with historical reenacting and constructing repro clothing and theatrical costuming when not chasing grandkids. If you did the haunted house by WFTV with the downtown OC trick or treat from 1999 and 2011 you saw some of my creative efforts.
This past year I have lost a very dear Aunt, a very long time friend and my wonder full husband of 22 yrs to death. Still loving life, putting one foot in front of the other.
I will start nursing school next month. Yet another chapter begins.
