Donna's Story
Since high school I have continued living in Douglasville. I have two great kids, Corey, 7/22/88, and Hannah, 3/21/95. I graduated from Branell College and I have been working in purchasing for 18 years at my current job.
Over the years I have worked full-time, with the exception of a four year period after a car accident, and while my son was a baby.
In 1986, I was in a car accident with a drunk driver. He was driving at an estimated speed of 85 mph, in a 30 mph zone, when he hit my car on the driver's side, head on. I was in the hospital for five days and I spent the next ...Expand for more
eleven months on crutches. Ironically, of all the people there are in this world, the guy that hit me went to Lithia for part of his high school time. I will not give his name. His neck was broken in the accident. I heard he was left unaware of his existence. I feel fortunate to be alive. I didn't have my seat belt on, but I have worn it every time I am in a car since then.
My kids are awesome! Corey is so handsome and has a great sense of humor. Hannah is my best friend and is such a sweetie.
I am currently single, and very happy with my life as it is. Life is good!
