After training to be an LVN I went on an earned my ADN, BSN and MSN. I am a certifed Diabetes Educator and Insulin Pump Trainer and am working on my Certifed Case Manager Credential. I am a member of Sigma Theta Tau, the nurses honor society and and Honors Graduate from my BSN and graduate studies.
Military

ing in Anniston, Ala. went from there to Ft. Sam Houston in Texas for Basic Medical Training and from there returned home to the Presido to take Clinical Specialist Training (LVN). While assigned to the Presdio I met and married my husband Dennis, who worked for Lockheed on contract to the Air Force. I was discharged in July 1972 from the Army with an Honorable Discharge.
