I live in Orange County, California but I spend all of my free time in my Moonridge cabin. I work as an Escrow Officer in Orange County, too. I only work 4 days a week so I get long weekends to enjoy the lake and slopes (and of course, my family that still lives there). I had 3 kids with my first husband. Kris is 27 and is an iron-worker. Dustin is 25 and is an electrician (Both union) and the baby, Jenna, is 23 and teaches Kindergarten in Long Beach. This summer I am watching all the pets from her class---I have 3 guinea pigs, 2 birds (which I call the devil birds), 2 hamsters and 1 goldfish. Added to my 2 dogs and 5 aquariums and I have a houseful. Oh yeah, and I married my son's YMCA basketball coach back in 1997 (coach by night--engineer by day) and he enjoys Big Bear as much as I do. When we are not working or in Big Bear, we enjoy the Hawaiian Islands where my brother, Mark lives. ALOHA to all of you! Donna Wow....that story seems like a lifetime ago. Today is my 57th birthday and my youngest child turned 30 a few weeks ago. It is close to midnight here at Lake Tenkiller where my friends served me my FAV of pumpkin ravioli with brown sugar butter sauce with strawberry cake for dessert.
