Donna's Story
After graduation, my family and I moved to Florida. I've lived down here since then. I got married in 1994 and moved to upstate New York to be with my husband while he served in the Army. As soon as he served his term, we prompty moved back to Florida.
My husband and I live the American Dream. We own a house on 3/4 an acre and we have two beautiful daughters. I think the only thing missing is the white picket fence (ugh!!!).
My husband is a cop and I work for the local power utility in the IT department.
I went to a local Community College when I first moved to Florida; but found that life wasn't really what I wanted. 10 year...Expand for more
s later, I decided to go back and finish up my AA degree. I received that in May of 2005. I found that I enjoyed it so much that I applied to the University of Florida and got accepted into their Business program. I can only take one class at a time, but I intend to graduate with my Bachelor's Degree in May, 2010.
In my spare time, I volunteer with the Girl Scouts, a local Family Resource Center and at church. I also enjoy boating, camping and geocashing.
I don't know that I would change anything about my life. I live a very full and rewarding life. I truly hope that everyone else has found that happy place in their lives as well.
