Donna's Story
Life
I have 3 children, 2 daughters and a son. Robin was born in 1983; Sarah in 1986; and Sean in 1990 and 2 grandchildren whom I adore as much as my own children.
My primary career, the one that pays the bills, is IT. I am the CRM adminstrator and telephony second in command. Not a programmer as much as an application analyst. I make the apps work for the way our company goes to business.

the domestic violence program. Too often people have learned bad coping mechanisms for their anger. I believe the breathing aspect of yoga can help those who want to change their patterns of abuse into a calmer way of being.
In both Junior High and High School, I was involved in theatre. I recently have renewed this interest by performing in some local community productions in the Cedar Rapids area. With theatre, yoga, and database management, I think I've become a pretty well-balanced individual.
