College
I took Secretarial Science at SCC & although it took 4 years to get the 2 year degree (worked & went part time) I finally graduated Summa Cum Laude.
Workplace
I started out as a secretary in real estate, then accounting and ended up in the insurance industry. After 15 years of that, it was time for a change. Went to work at a garden center, became a master gardener started my own business "The Yard Lady." Also had a sweet baby boy. Then came lots of life changes, including an ongoing divorce. rance business as an admin person at Virginia Asset Management. Update for 2008 - funny to go back & read these things. Am still waiting for the divorce to be final. Lawyers taking their sweet time. Have been back in touch with Eddie Brown, Steve Ryan, Linda Gasparri, Ilisa Silver & Lisa Stewart. Everyone has really been through a lot! I'm still at VAM & in a new position with more stress of course. Really look forward to weekends & chilling out! 11/15/2008 - now getting ready to move to Kernersville NC on December 6, 2008. Have a new "love of my life" and getting ready to start over.
