Donnah's Story
As hard as it is to leave the South when you grow up there - I've made a very happy life for myself in Colorado. Have two grown children who make me extremely proud. Son works with trucks - driving them, fixing them, selling them. Daughter is a certified sign language interpreter. Both live within a 30 mile range of me and I couldn't stand it any other way.
Married for a second time to a wonderful man who is a national sales manager for a privately held company and one of the kindest and warmest people I've ever known.

or me. A lifelong passion is now my career - first as in-house governmental affairs directors for the Colorado Rural Electric Association and then for the Colorado Association of Commerce and Industry (CACI) the state's chamber of commerce. I now work as an independent contract lobbyist representing CACI and a power generation facility as well as other clients at the Colorado General Assembly.
Enjoy skiing, golfing, motorcycle riding, and spending time with my family and two small Havanese dogs. I have become a stereotype but I can live with that!
