Doris's Story
School
The short list is this: I enjoyed school (except Geometry, sorry Mr. Harris!)! I learned about different people, different perspectives, got to hang out with my "partners in crime" who know who they are, and begin to learn about the world and what it offers-good, bad & ugly. My hat's off to Mr. Louis Tyler for being extremely hard and demanding as a teacher, and expecting only the best out of his students; Mr. Boudro for the love of history he brought to us; Ms. Petrich and Mrs. Moerner (...Expand for more

College
Started at SAC (San Antonio College) days after graduation in 1979, transferred to Texas Tech University in 1983, left school at the end of Fall 1984, attended schools in San Diego from 1991-1995, came back to Texas and attended and graduated from Our Lady of the Lake University in 2000 (Summer/Bachelors Degree in Fine Arts-Music), and graduated from St. Phillips College in Spring 2001
(Liberal Arts/AA).
