Dorothy's Story

I enjoy the rural life stlye . I am married with a son. My Husband and I love to travel , hike and explore and spend time with family friends and our animals. He is teaching me to appreciate music and sailing more . I was a nurse but am now an artist and pet sitter. I like , reading mysterys, books about lots of different things and nonfiction ,(I loved the book "Alex and Me",) being active in the community ...Expand for more
I live in. I also like alone time especially when I am doing oil paintings. I have a pet peeve , it is phone calls from surveys, politicians, telemarketers . I feel they are horrible pests We currently are spending allot of time fixing up our old house . It would be nice if houses would shrink down to a manageable size as you age don't you think? I have spent allot of my time lately on top of a ladder.
