Dear McKinley Friends,
I have been managing an annual reunion luncheon for all McKinley Alumni. It is held at Brookside Golf Course in the Mediterranean Room. The next one will be on May 13, 2011. It is a wonderful opportunity to reconnect with old friends and search for those with whom you may have lost contact.

I'm currently a board member of the Los Angeles Theater Organ Society. Our mission is to present concerts to the public and to maintain these wonderful old instruments so that they can be enjoyed by future generations. We also encourage people, young and old alike to become interested and learn how to play them. ...Expand for more

In addition we are always looking for technical help in keeping these fine instruments in top working order. I'm the crew chief on the our newest project which is a Wurlitzer in the South Pasadena High School Auditorium. I can always use another hand. One of the perks is that we get to play these organs as part of the maintenance. Give me a call if you think you might be interested.
I'm currently employed three days a week by the Covina Valley Unified School District. I'm an instrutional aide in an adult ed. furniture refinishing class. The instructor is a person with whom I attended 10th grade in McKinley in '48. Small world isn't it?
