Marla's Story
Feb 2017- nearly six years since my post below. This year son #1 is planning an April wedding; He met his bride at UC just like his mom and dad did.. Son#1 is marrying his HS Sweetheart in Nov. Yet it is not the only fun this year, my girl is headed to law school. I'm still working at Luxottica but out of finance and into doctor recruiting. My husband works with digital signage and now travels through 12 states and Canada, Still could wish for better health, But doing pretty well despite RA.
June 2011: Second son is now graduating from High School. Craig is heading off to Syracuse University in the fall to study finance with the goal to work in the stock market in NYC. He is awesome and I am so glad that he dreamed big and pushed himself to reach his goal.

It's now been 4+ years working at Luxottica in accounting. It is great to have only 2 miles to communte to work. I am back to doing chapter advising for ADPi and find the young ladies at Miami to be delightful.
This summer travels will include trips to Baltimore, Syracuse and Chicago to watch my 16 yr old baby girl play lacross. My next big task is helping begin her college selection.
Scott's business takes him through a 5 state territory, but when he is home he has much more flexibility with his schedule which is great because his mother now lives with us and is in declining health.
It's hell losing your parents. My mom past in 2008. Dad is doing fine now and I gained a stepmom.
Now if I had a clean house, and could claim good health, life would be perfect. Ah heck, it's close enought. Thank you Lord.
