First Mt. Whitney training hike complete; many more to come.  Climbing Iron Mountain, in Poway,  this Saturday.

This photo was taken from the summit of Santiago Peak.  Team Kedge did a 15-mile out-and-back hike on Holy Jim Trail with 4,000 feet elevation gain and 5,689' at the summit. Spectacular vistas the entire way.  Mother Nature

For lunch I cylcled four repeats up the switchbacks to the Prince of Peace Abbey, and with each visit God told me to get back to work. Eventually I did make it back to work within the allotted time.
