Douglas's Story
Life
After leaving Madison Heights in 1966 where I attended Vandenburg Elementary, Wilkinson Junior High and Madison High I moved to Troy and attended Furhman, Cousino and graduated from Warren High. Since high school I was married 21 years (two kids) divorced in 1995, remarried 7 years later (added 4 more kids) and have 4 grandkids and 2 more on the way. I've traveled around the U.S along the Atlantic Coast, the Pacific Coast, the Gulf of Mexico coast, so far I've been able to see 38 of the 50 sta...Expand for more
tes and also traveled around Canada. I've enjoyed seeing all the different regions this wonderful land we live in has to offer. The mountains are the most majestic. The oceans and Gulf of Mexico are relaxing and a great way to start or finish the day, Lake Superior chills you to the bone. Whitewater rafting is a thrill and going over a 24 foot waterfall gets the heart pumping. Currently I'm making the best out of life one day at a time. And glad to have met so many wonderful people during my life.
