The "Yin and Yang". Such is life. Having my health and being happy with my life is the major structural change I made a few tears/years ago and it has served me quite well. Gone is the obsession about what could have been or what needs to be. Gone is the fear of getting older because with age comes wisdom and insight. As we all deal with the collective confluence of depression, political angst and societal polarization engulfing our world here and afar, having a realistic and sound mental foundation is critical, for me at least. ft off into a peaceful slumber helps us handle the inevitable challenges destined to confront everyone eventually. Fortunately I am comfortable, healthy, content, fearless and tolerant . I wish the same feelings of contentment and inner peace to everyone I have ever known or loved, especially during this transitional period of our lives! Jettison the superfluous "carry on baggage" and move up to first class seating on this long, strange trip through life...Travel light! On Voyagers!! Grab the goat leggings! Choke down the magic mushrooms, dance and howl at the moon! Love is a beautiful thing wherever you find it! Peace ✌️ out......
