Douglas's Story
Life
After high school I attended Contra Costa College, then entered the workforce moving from job to job, usually in sales, trying to find the right fit. In my mid 30's I landed a sales job with an automotive aftermarket parts manufacture, based on the east coast. I spent several years (15) in the Northern California Territory then, in 85 was promoted to management. In 90 another promotion and a company move to Connecticut - with travel along the entire east coast - where we lived for 10 years before moving back to California. I retired from this company after 30 years (I guess it was a good fit) in 2003.

I am married - for the 3rd time - have 2 children with my first wife and a 12 year old grandchild, from my stepson, with my 3rd wife. My daughter lives in Hawaii and my son in Hollywood where he is in the acting / voice over business.
My grandson lives in southern Califorrnia so we spend time there to be with him, when he isn't up here with us. We are fortunate, we do get to spend a lot of time with him.
I currently live at the north shore of Lake Tahoe, where I am attepting to build my real Estate business.
I have a boat which we enjoy spending time on and a 67 Mustang convertable that we take on trips across country to attend car shows, usually taking 1st place in those shows we enter.
