Douglas's Story
Since several new people have visited my profile lately I think it appropriate to add a little information. I've been a professor at the Marine Corps Command & Staff College in Quantico, VA since 2005 and taught at as an adjunct at the Institute of World Politics, a unique graduate school of statecraft in DC, since 2006. , nearly twenty after the first one. The Formation of the Mughal Empire. I've been married to Esther since 1978; we have two daughters, Deb and Rachel, who left the nest long ago, and currently harbor two rescue greyhounds. We live in Stafford, VA, between Quantico and Fredericksburg, VA. I co-edited a third book The Grand Strategy that Won the Cold War: Architecture of Triumph, which appeared in January 2016.
