and ponder on the causes of the worldâs actions. Those days of philosophical thinking have helped me into my more adult lifestyle. Iâve become very passionate and understanding towards friends and new people in my life. I have a very high tolerance level which has come in handy plenty of times. Iâve come to the understanding to look at the big picture and then fix the details to make it all a better situation. Iâve had friends come to me for help and thinking in that manner has helped a lot.
A couple years back, some friends introduced me to a simple view on meditation without all the Hindu, Buddha, yoga stuff everyone associates it with. Itâs helped me become more clam and relax and handle tougher situations with a more level head. If you have any kind of stress in your life, and I know you do, talk with a friend that you know who meditates or understands meditation and youâll feel better all around, trust me itsâs great.
