Debra's Story

Life I've had a rough start on life just as I am sure many of you have had. Within 2006, I have divorced the laziest and cruelest man on the planet, and I have recently re-married the sweetest man on the planet whom I love eternally and will always be forever grateful of his caring heart and loving hand. He has been an angel to me and my kids and have revived us of our existence. I am currently going to college to finally finish obtaining my degree. It's been hard taking courses on and off while I work full-time and take care of my kids, dogs, and cats...oh yeah, and my new hubby. I am studying for my bachelor's degree currently and plan on getting a master's degree in Accounting soon afterwards. I currently work at a CPA firm here in Bowling Green. I have basically lost touch with all of my friends to whom I haven't spoke with in years due to my ex-husband's influences. I am sorry to all of those offended by him and ...Expand for more
hurt by us. I am a different person now and more in touch with who I am and who I want to be and what I want out of life. I am grateful to have had such wonderful friends, and I am sorrowful to have lost them. I enjoy spending time with my family...what little time there is. I seem to stay busy with work, school, and home. We enjoy taking vacations to various zoos, aquariums, beaches, historical exhibits, and museums. I try to introduce a different area of America to my children every year. They seem to enjoy all of the little day trips that we take to nearby tourist sites. I never knew that Kentucky had so much to offer. It really is a great state. I am still writing little quips here and there and have been published a few times for poetry.
