Dundie's Story
Blessed beyond words and excited about living life to the fullest..... A little history, Married too early, right out of high school... 3 years later, my son was 1 and I was going thru divorce.. sad, but my son was so worth it! Moved to Dallas, TX in 1982 remarried, my then husband, adopted my son and helped me raise him. We were married 17 years and then....divorce! I loved Texas but after going thru some really unhealthy things from that marriage which are now pretty much healed up, PTL, moved to Sarasota, FL.
Was in full time ministry at my church, remarried in 1999 to an awesome guy, Bob, (so THIS is what being married to your best friend is like! Finally. Wow!) and in '03 Rachel was born.... Yes, 22 years between my son Miles and our daughter Rachel! My son married in 2004. he & wife Amanda have 2 children which makes me GLAM-MA ~ as they call me. = )
My husband is in advertising and marketing work. I started in home based business in 1987 over 20 years ago when my son Miles was in the 1st grade and experienced life changing results...recently took some time off from it while getting settled from moving out of TX and back to Florida and being so involved with ministry work... Then little Rachel came along, what a blessing she is, and now again, I have a home business since re...Expand for more
signing from my ministry position to be able to be home and priority on family life. Since I was fortunate enough to earn millions n my homebased biz from 1987 thru 1999 (what a shock that was) I know what a difference owning our time makes...so I knew that I needed to continue with that business model and what I know really matters! I love my business and helping people, especially women, but lots of men work with us too. Time freedom is the most critical issue for me... realizing just how precious time is and spending time with those we love the most.. family and friends.. wow!
(long story, but take a look at our daughter's website she was thrown 30 ft during a car accident at 6 months old.. see, "Rachel's Miracle"...to get the idea of why I feel so strongly about it!) rachelcrisp . com
Every day is a gift!
Not taking a single day for granted anymore! Living life on purpose....Just part of our daily life and we love it!
We love our church and ministry and are still very involved, no longer on pastoral staff but knew we needed to put all the time into the family and use our gifts! And the mission field is everywhere!
Lord knows, time flies! It was been over 30 years since DBHS!
I hope to reconnect with some old friends from school days! Hope everyone is well!! Blessings!
