Life
After our adventures through high school, I tried college. Wasn't for me. While trying to find my direction, I started working at the post office part time. This is where I met the woman of my dreams, and part time turned to full time. I married that woman in March of 2000. I worked at the post office from 1997 to 2019. Starting in Eatontown then being shipped to the Hamilton office (after the reopening from the Anthrax attacks). Yes, I was the quiet dork with the cheerios and other cereal logo t-shirts in elementary school. Fun times. Funny how that's a thing now. Had my share of rough times, but I honestly wouldn't trade any of those times because every experience has made me who I am today. My parents didn't have much, they just wanted to get my sister and I out the city, and with that came some sacrifices. I understand all of that now as a parent.
If I could go back in time, I'd tell myself to take everything in stride and stick up for yourself.
