Durrone's Story
After spending what seemed a lifetime working at Boeing Delivering the World's BEST airplanes, My wife (of 51 years) Trena and I retired. We lived in the tiny White Mountain community of Snowflake, AZ for 10 years and now we are back in Arlington, Washington. 3 of our 4 daughters still live here in Washington and 1 clings to California and calls Sacramento her home. As of this writing I have published my first full length novel, The Feather Bed, and am working on two more. I retired (again) as the Administrative Pastor at Calvary Chapel Snowflake, August 2019 to move back to WA to be close to family. Serving Jesus Christ was my dream and my passion for more than 40 years, very happy to have had the experience with such an awesome congregation.
Being a "young" man of only 78 at this writing, I plan on another 20 years before slowing down. Grandpa lived to 98 - I hope to match that or die trying!
