I attended California Culinary Academy and graduated the top of my class in 2000 with an AOS in Culinary Arts. From there I worked a couple years and then moved to Paris, France. Workplace
I am currently the executive chef of Cayo Espanto, A Private Island, a small island off the coast of San Pedro, Belize in Central America. I live and work on the island seven days a week about 16 hours a day. It's definitely hard work, but generally worth it. I am looking forward to my month long vacation though.
