Troy's Story

After graduation I moved to Alberta for around a year. Then returned to Lennoxville, and married my first wife. We then moved to Toronto, where we lived for about 5 yrs. We had one child, who is 38 now. He has two daughters, and they live in NB. My first marriage ended after during that 5 yrs in the Toronto area. After my divorce, I moved to Moncton NB. I was born here, so I guess it's home. I met my second wife a year after returning to NB. We had one child. He's 31 now, and single. He lives in Moncton NB. In 1991 we moved South to Bella Vista AR. We got there in Jan. and it was warm enough for shorts, although the neighbors thought it was freezing at 68 F. We stayed there for about 3 yrs. then moved to St. Louis MO. During our stay there we got to see the "Great Flood of 93 or 94" and experienced 2 tornadoes. There was a fishing boat that landed on the police station. How cool is that! Both tornadoes hit every house around us, but didn't take a shingle off ours. We just said "Canadian Shield". After St Louis, we moved to Maine. Where I bought a Seafood Restaurant & a Rock and Roll Dance Club. I ra...Expand for more
n that for 2.- 3 yrs. Then moved back to NB. When we got back to NB, I changed my home renovation hobby into a job. I've been renovating homes since returning to NB. I'm adding a garage to my home this week. The roof will be finished tomorrow(I hope!). Unfortunately, my second marriage ended at the 20 yr mark. I guess, sometimes people just grow in different directions. I am currently living alone. All in all, I've enjoyed a wonderful life of travel, and great experiences. Far too many things to write here. This is the " Readers Digest " condensed version. It's hard to believe it's been over 40 yrs since our time at Galt. I just don't feel that old. I still workout, build and drive fast cars, listen to semi- loud rock, ect. Although, I almost died in 2006. When my Acura decided to try flight. .Which didn't work very well. The flying was great, the landing, not so great. 35 ft up, 400 ft out, and landed upside down on my side of the car. Oh well, that's life in the fast lane. Now my face sets off the metal detectors Which is no end to fun. I hope all of you had a great life! Best wishes to you all!
