One of Dwain's favorite quotes is:"Ah dat Nuh!!! Ah So Nuh!!! U ah Ediot!!! As a God!!! As da man deh!!! Mi a tell you!!! Who God Bless no Man Curse!!! Come in like you sick!!!
This morning when God opened a window to Heaven, He saw me, and He asked: "My child, what is your greatest wish for today?" I responded: "Please, take care of the person who is reading this message, their family and their special friends. They deserve it and I love them very much" The love of God is like the ocean, you can see its beginning, but not its end.
I'd rather live my life believing there is a God and when I die find out there is no God than to live my life not believing in God and then die to find out there is a God.
The earth is the LORD's, and the fulness thereof; the world, and they that dwell therein. For he hath founded it upon the seas, and established it upon the floods. Who shall ascend into the hill of the LORD? or who shall stand in his holy place? He that hath clean hands, and a pure heart; who hath not lifted up his soul unto vanity, nor sworn deceitfully. He shall receive the blessing from the LORD, and righteousness from the God of his salvation. This is the generation of them that seek him, that seek thy face, O Jacob. Selah. g and mighty, the LORD mighty in battle. Lift up your heads, O ye gates; even lift them up, ye everlasting doors; and the King of glory shall come in. Who is this King of glory? The LORD of hosts, he is the King of glory. Selah.
A Jamaican Christian - hilarious!
A Jamaican walks into a bar in Miami, orders three Red
Stripe beers and sits in the back of the room, drinking a
sip out of each one in turn.
When he finishes them, he comes back to the bar and orders
three more.
The bartender approaches and says, "You know, a beer goes
flat after I draw it; it would taste better if you bought
one at a time."
The Jamaican replies, "Well, you see, mi have two bredda.
One inna Toronto, the other a London, and mi deya a Miami.
When we all left home, we promised fi drink this way to
remember the days when we drank in Jamaica. So mi drink one
for each ah meh bredda and one for meh self."
The bartender admits that this is a nice Jamaican custom,
and leaves it there.
The Jamaican becomes a regular in the bar, and always drinks
the same way: he orders three pints and drinks them in
turn.
One day, he comes in and orders two pints. All the other
regulars take notice and fall silent. When he comes back to
the bar for the second round, the bartender says, "I don't
want to intrude on your grief, but I wanted to offer my
condolences on your great loss."
The Jamaican looks confused for a moment, then a light dawns
in his eye and he laughs. "Oh, no, no, everyone's fine," he
explains," It's just that I became a Christian, and I
personally had to stop drink".
