Dwight's Story
Hi. I'm Dwight. The greatest thing in my life
is that I accepted Jesus Christ as my personal Saviour
in July of 1967. Before Christ changed my life, I was
a very wicked young man with no hope for the future. Now I have the greatest life anyone can want. No I don't have alot of money, but I have peace and contentment like you wouldn't believe. The Bible says:all have sinned and come short of the glory of God. Romans 3;23. The wages of sin is death, but the gift of God is eternal life through Jesus Christ our Lord. Romans 6;23 Whosoever shall call on the name of The Lord shall be saved. Romans 10;13. For God so loved the world that He gave His only begotten Son that whosoever believeth in Him should not perish , but have everlasting life.. John 3:16. To as many as received Him (Jesus Christ) to them gave He the power to become the sons of God, even to them that believe on His Name. John 1:12. But God commendeth His love towards us in that while we were yet sinners, Christ died for us. Romans 5:8. For by grace are ye saved...Expand for more
through faith, and that not of yourselves it is the gift of God, not of works lest any man should boast. Ephesians 2:8-9. Behold I (Jesus) stand at the door and knock, if any man hear my voice, and open the door, I will come in to him, and will sup with him and he with Me. Revelation 3:20. Jesus Christ came to this world to die for our sins on The Cross at Calvary. He lived the perfect life that we can't live. He died on the Cross to pay the penalty for our sins. He shed His blood so our sins could be washed away and be forgiven. We deserve death in Hell, but Christ took our place, and paid our sin debt with His own Blood., so we wouldn't have to. Now we can have eternal life forever with Him in Heaven when we die, and have an abundant life here on earth right now. Ask Jesus Christ to save you and come into your life, and be your personal Saviour, and forgive your sins. He will do that if you believe in your heart that He died on the Cross for you.
