Dyrick's Story
I always wanted to be a actor when I grew up. My family and friends thought that was a a crazy idea. As it turns out, they were part right part wrong.
My favorite way to blow off steam and relax is to put on some smooth jazz (any will do) have a little drinky drink, close my eyes and chill.
If I'm going to work somewhere, I need to have my music, my coffee, and my great sense of humor to be able to deal with the day-to-day.

My first real job was at Winn Dixie on Broadway not far from U of L campus, where I got paid 3.85/hr to Cashier. What I remember most about it is I was considered to be Winn Dixies' first African American Male cashier.
The one person from my past who I'd most like to see again is Lillian (Hanna) Johnson, because she was a truly great friend. Many laughs over kool-aid in her moms kitchen. It has been over 26 years since we talked. We made a promise to each other. Very curious how it turned out.
