More about Earl:"Hey Folks! Thanks for checking out my profile. Some folks say that when you turn 40 you are headed over the hill. Well if that is the case, I am looking forward to the descent. The climb up the hill during my thirties was hell. But at age 40, I took charge of my life. I began to live life on my terms. I met my wonderful life partner of seven years now (Jeff Jones) and we share our home with our beautiful King Charles Spaniel -- Colby. I love living in the more socially liberal city of Berea but still have quick access to the country life that I so love. I visit my parents and the family farm on nearly a daily basis in Paint Lick. ome you to check out my profile and discuss topics of mutual interest.
I enjoy lots of hobbies including caring for my spaniels, landscaping, gardening, spending time in nature walking the quiet wooded trails of Berea, fishing and wading in Paint Lick creek on a hot summers day. I also enjoy raising exotic chickens, and I am considering the purchase of a gaited walking horse. I had an Arabian gelding about 20 years ago but I did not like the bouncy gait. The gaited walking horses seem so much more enjoyable.
I also enjoy designing and decorating my "tiny cabin" located on my parents' farm. This 14ft X 24ft structure serves as a sanctuary for me when I need to get away from it all. I plan to discuss this cabin in more detail in future blogs.
Even though my partner, Jeff, grew up on his family's Scott County thoroughbred farm, he does not enjoy the country life as I do. He is more of a city guy. I am looking for guys and gals who are interested in discussing common interests that I have. I am also looking forward to connecting with old friends and classmates. If interested, give me a holler. I would love to hear from you.".
