Workplace
Since finishing up college in 1982, I began my career working in the Adult and Juvenile Justice System for several years. In 1995, I chose to make a radical career change by joining the Lexington Police Dept. The first nine years was spent working in Patrol and Community Services before being promoted to Sergeant and reassigned to Third Shift Patrol as a supervisor. I am now as of February of 2007 assigned to first shift in the Central Sector. My goal is to move to the next level of promotion. Only then can I begin to make even more impact with the idea of diversity.
