Ed's Story
Life
After graduating from UNH (BSEE73) I headed West with my High School sweetheart/wife Connie (Lindahl) and two small children (Marcus 70, and Amy 73). I had intended to go all the way to Southern California and persue a job in Ocean Engineering but the Rocky Mountains were too large an obsticle for the Datsun station wagon that was pulling our UHaul. Connie had some relatives in Denver and we liked the climate. Within 3 days I had a job as a field engineer for Halliburton doing Geophysical Well Logging in the Oil and Gas industry. Not in Denver but Casper, Wyoming. The marrige failed shortly after and Connie moved to Denver (still lives there) and I was wild in the wild wild west. After 5 years as a field engineer I was transfered to the Division Office in Denver as a geophysicist/analyst. These were the Oil Boom days, party after party, 4 martini lunches at Trader Vics, etc. etc. Did I have fun.

Alcohol Treatment facility and have been sober ever since. I met my wife Debbie in a small town west of Denver called Evergreen. We have been married since 1984 and have 2 boys (Eddie 85 and Sean Patrick 90). I had an opportunity to work 2 years in Paris with a geophysical Company (CGG). That job allowed me the opportunity to travel to Moscow, Lagos Nigeria, New Delhi, Great Britain, Poland, and Hungary on business. What an experience.
In 1994 I took a job in Fort Myers, Florida for a small company as the manager of their geophysical logging division. We love the area and have no plans to move again.
I was in New Hampshire in September for my daughter Amy's wedding. She has a job in Boston with Sapient. She also graduated from UNH. Don and Rita Frost were at the wedding, it was good to see those guys again.
My son Marcus has his own marketing business in Denver.
I have attached a picture from the wedding of Don and I.
