Ed's Story

Wow, are we all really this frikin old? LOL!! What a crazy life it's been. I went into the Navy after high school. Was stationed in Hawaii. Traveled the world twice, got out and worked for a start up restaurant for a couple years. Opened the Phoenician Resort in 88. Started Culinary School aslo. Graduated from Le Cordon Blu in 90. ician in 04 and started my own Company doing consulting work for Food Service Companies. I'm widowed, my wife of 20 years passed away 2 years ago. Single and plan on staying this way. After my wife's death I sold my consulting business and decided to retire. Now I do a grip of whatever the hell I want! It's great to see some faces from the past.
