Ed's Story
I'm going to start now and work my way backwords. (My spelling hasn't gotten any better since school).
In 2000, I retired from a 35 year career with IBM and Lockheed Martin (IBM sold my div. to LM, a good deal). We moved from Mt Laural NJ to New London Chester County to build a reproduction of an 18c field stonefarm house. The home took 18 months to build, and sites on a 3.5 acer lot.
In 2002 I started selling Real-Estate in Chester County. In 2004 I bought two small apartment buildings in DelCo.
In 2003 I ended my road racing career by winning the SCCA's NeDiv's enduro champinionship. Road racing is something Barry...Expand for more
and I want to do in highschool, in his MG.
In 2005 I got the carzy idea that my son-in-law and I could build some homes in Delaware County, as a retirment project for me. From 2004 to 2008 we built 14 single family deatched homes in Sharon Hill and Draby Twp.
In 2006 we were awarded a contract with Marcus Hook CDC to develop a 3.5 acre parcel over looking the Delaware River. Because of engineering issues we didn't get started until last summer (2008) We now have one house under-construction, and are hopping to see more soon. There will be 14 single family datached homes.
