Life
I just got back Saturday (7/7/07) from a 7 state tour of the midwest. I had intentions of seeing the 4th of July fireworks at Mt Rushmore but it happened on Tuesday so I was a day late. Nothing new there. I ended up driving through the rain from here to about 150 miles north of Kansas City before I hit sunny skies. Then the rest of the way to Souix Falls S.D. flat spot on anyones rump! I played 3 rounds of golf there and then Thursday I made it to Mt Rushmore, the Badlands natl park, and to Crazy horse monument. What a let down that was. From there to Cheyenne to spend the night. The next day I drove through Colorado and New Mexico to Lubbock for some sleep and the next morning home to the metropolis of Kennedale, where I've lived since 1975.
