Eddie Guess:  

Hi everyone, Eddie Guess here. As most of my classmates know I married Roberta (Bobbi) Jones in December of 1969 and went off to the Navy in San Diego in January of 1970. Spent four years in the Navy based at the 32nd St. Naval Station and on the USS Samuel Gompers. In 1974 I left the Navy and went to work at Precision Metal Products in El Cajon, CA for almost 8 years. Bobbi and I separated in 1978 and got divorced in 1982. The marriage being without children. Met a great friend at work and when she was laid-off I followed her to Ogden, Utah where we were married in November 1982. My wife, Dee, had two children from a previous marriage and we had one child together. Bobbi passed away following by-pass surgery in March of 2001 at the age of almost 50, her birthday being April 2nd. Dee and our family moved to Layton, Utah in 1987 and have been living there since that time. We now have five grandchildren ranging in age from 5 years to 22 years old.
