Eddie's Story
Military
I've been in the Army for almost eighteen years, both active and reserves. Right now I'm deployed to Iraq with the 961st Quarter Master Company out of McAllen TX, for Operation Iraqi Freedom 2(O.I.F 2). I'm a Staff Sergeant and a (TC) Truck Commander for a guntruck team. to another and we also conduct recovery missions, in which we are on call around the clock. It's dangerous over here, but I love what I'm doing. It's an experience I'll never forget and it also makes me grateful that I and my family live in a great country. I pray to GOD to keep us safe as we go on our daily missions. Can't wait to get home.
